The hotel George V, old patrician house built in 1859 and recently renovated, welcomes you in a friendly and cosy atmosphere in the heart of Brussels.
Located within walking distance to the Grand’Place and the shopping areas, and also very close to the Gare du Midi, the George V is the ideal place for your business and touristic trips in the capital of Europe.

By car :
If you decide to drive, be patient : driving in Brussels is something even the locals don't master !
From any highway, follow the directions "Centre-Centrum" until you reach the small ring.
The hotel is located near the "Porte d'Anderlecht" (see left of map) on the small ring.When you are at the "Porte d'Anderlecht", take "Rue de la Senne" and then take a right on "Rue t'Kint".
If you are already in the center : take "Rue A. Orts" in front of the Bourse. At the stop light, go left and immediately right on "Rue des Chartreux". Go across "Place du Jardin aux Fleurs" to reach "Rue t'Kint".
From Zaventem National Airport
There are trains leaving from the airport every 20 minutes and going to Gare Centrale or Gare du Midi. The ride is 90 BF per person.
A taxi ride from the airport should be around 1000 BF.
Rental cars are largely available at the airport. Driving time from the airport to the hotel is between 15 min at normal hours and 45 if you get into traffic (7:00AM-8:30AM)
From Midi or Central Station
The hotel is about a half mile from Midi Station or Central Station. When coming for the first time, the best thing to do is to take a taxi. The ride should be around 250 BF.
If you decide to walk from the train station, it is better to stop at Central. There is a metro stop at Central Station that will take you to Ste-Catherine. There is a tram stop at Midi Station that will take you to the Bourse.
Public Transportation
Ste-Catherine is the closest metro station (Line 1-A and 1-B). It is located near the Ste-Catherine church.
Bourse is the closest tram stop.
We are at 5 minutes walking distance from each of these stations.
Walking
From the Bourse : take "Rue Van Praet" at the right of O'Reilly's. Go straight ahead across "Place St-Gery" and take"Rue Pletinckx" until the "Place du Jardin aux Fleurs". "Rue t'Kint" will be on your left.
From Ste-Catherine : take "Rue du Vieux Marche aux Grains" until "Rue des Chartreux". Make a right on "Rue des Chartreux" until "Place du Jardin aux Fleurs". "Rue t'Kint" is in front of you.
